Kendra Clements, Founder & President
Kendra is the Founder & President of We The People Consulting, LLC, a native-owned management consulting firm that specializes in developing vision, building strategy, execution planning, operational excellence, leadership & workforce development, executive coaching, and strategic human resources.
As a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, Kendra has a passion for providing C-level solutions for Indian tribes, tribal & native owned businesses, as well as entrepreneurs, small businesses, nonprofits and government sectors. Kendra has expertise in turnarounds and working with businesses and business leaders who are positioned for growth and change.
Kendra previously served as a Partner in The Mettise Group, a management consulting firm. In addition to her role as Partner, she led the firm’s government services and human resources practices.
Before her time at The Mettise Group, Kendra spent more than 5 years in the Private Equity industry with Acorn Growth Companies. She served as a board member, Partner in the firm and Vice President of Global Human Resources, eventually shifting to the Mergers and Acquisitions side of the business.
Kendra has been responsible for multi-site and multi-cultural workforces domestically, internationally, and in union and non-union environments. She has led transformational teams for publicly traded and private companies from start-ups to Fortune 100’s and 500’s in mature and emerging markets, both in high-growth and turnaround environments.
Kendra is an active Board of Directors member for Better Business Bureau (BBB) Oklahoma. She is also the Co-Founder and President of the Board of Directors for Matriarch, a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization.
She attended Oklahoma City University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a minor in Pre-Law and was an active Phi Alpha Delta member.

Annetta abbott, executive director
Annetta Abbott has over 25 years experience in marketing and event coordination. She has a degree in Public Relations/Journalism from Oklahoma State University. Abbott is the current Executive Director of the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma. She is a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
During her time with the AICCO, she has served as the coordinator of the Gathering Business Summit which helps to provide networking, marketing and business matchmaking opportunities for Native-owned businesses in the state. Through her work with the Chamber, she helps to coordinate programming, membership drives and scholarship awards.
In 2017, Abbott coordinated the first full class of Leadership Native Oklahoma. This is an 8 month program designed to help enhance the leadership skills among young Native American business leaders.
She serves as an advocate to government agencies for Native-owned businesses on both a state and national level with the goal of growing and developing tribal economies. She spends a lot of time educating others on how to do business in Indian Country and the importance of building relationships with tribes.
In 2016, she was named the Outstanding Member of the Oklahoma City Chapter of AICCO.
Abbott helped to organize and served as the Executive Director for the Jim Thorpe Native American Games which brought in over 1700 Native American athletes to participate in 10 sports. She worked with the Nike N7 staff to help coordinate their sports summit at the Nike World Headquarters in Oregon which helps to promote the benefits of sports and fitness with Native American students. N7 is the Native American brand of Nike.
She serves on the National Advisory Council for the Carlisle Indian School Project which is a national non-profit organization created to build a heritage center and permanent memorial to the Native American students who attended Carlisle Boarding School in Pennsylvania.
Abbott is the CEO of her own company, Abbott Connects. She has worked in minor league baseball, college level athletics, radio and television sales and marketing with non-profits.
Compliance Consulting Concepts (CCC) helps business leaders meet or exceed all aspects of mandated compliance requirements supporting internal business operations. Clients of CCC include government contracting firms in the aviation, field services, staffing and resourcing, and engineering fields. CCC also supports commercial firms in the lawn, security, health and accounting services.
Founder, Jennifer Saiz has served as Senior Vice President of Business Services at an Inc. 5000 and Metro 50 organization whose clients included Department of Defense, Homeland Security, Foreign Governments, Research and Development, and Higher Education facilities.
She has held previous positions as Chief Financial Officer and business unit controller. Jennifer's expertise is in finance and accounting, administration, government compliance, pricing, and contracting and purchasing systems.
